The background of the toolbar transforms into a winter wonderland with tons of static snowflakes falling from the sky.

The icons also get a special look with Christmas lights, a Santa Claus hat, a reindeer, etc.

The most interesting detail is the icon that appears when a page is loading: it's a Christmas light that changes color as the page appears.
